Ba-Liberal Initiative It Solutionsprivate Limited is based out of Kulukkallur Panchayath. Our address is 4/307. It’s a bit different being in a panchayath area rather than a big city hub, but we like it here. It’s quieter and the air is better. We work on IT solutions. That sounds complicated but mostly it's just us helping people with their computer and software problems. We have a small office space that we’ve made our own. There’s a lot of paper on the desks and cables running along the floor. We try to keep it neat but when you're busy, things get messy. We started this because we saw a need for tech help in this area. Most people here know us. We aren't some distant company you can't talk to. We are right here in the neighborhood. Some days are slow and we just sit around and talk. Other days we have too much to do and we stay late. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Word of mouth is how most people find us. We just do the work as it comes. It's a simple life. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about things other than computers. It feels good to run a business in Kulukkallur. We plan on staying here for a long time. This is where we belong and where we work every day on our small projects.
