Ayanstar Llp is based on the first floor of the Mashrik Trade Centre. You can find us right on Calicut Road in Perinthalmanna. It’s a busy building with a lot of different things going on, but we are at 3/1298. Being in Malappuram means there is always a lot of activity outside our windows. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and it suits us. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our workspace set up and that’s about it. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We’d rather just get the work done. The team is just a few local people who know the area well. We like being on Calicut Road because it’s easy for everyone to get to. Sometimes the parking downstairs is a bit of a nightmare, but we manage somehow. We don't have any big corporate goals that we talk about all the time. We just want to make sure the business stays healthy and we can keep working. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going and stay busy. 679322 is a good area to be in. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Perinthalmanna over the years, but we’re still here doing our thing. It’s a practical office for a practical group of people. Most of our days are spent coordinating stuff and checking the paperwork that comes in. We just take it one day at a time and do what we can.
