We are located in Swathy Nagar, which is part of Alathur in Palakkad. It’s a bit quieter than the big cities, but we like it that way. Adon Innovation Technologies is mostly about tech work and building things. The 678541 area is home for us. We started small and stayed that way for a bit. Palakkad weather is no joke, it gets really dry and hot sometimes. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it's just computers and a few desks where we sit. We handle a lot of software tasks. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, which happens a lot in Kerala. We aren't trying to be the next big thing, just doing the work that comes our way. People in the neighborhood know us. We walk to the local shops for tea in the afternoon. It’s a simple routine. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. Just a few of us making sure the projects get finished on time. We use the Alathur post office for everything. It’s a steady pace here. We don’t rush things unless there’s a real deadline. Mostly, we just focus on the code and the tech we are building. It’s honest work and we’ve been at it for a while now. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint soon. We have a few plants on the windowsill that we sometimes forget to water.
