We are situated right at the MIDC Corner in Latur. Micro Technologies (India) Ltd. has been operating from this exact spot for quite a long while now. Being in an industrial zone like MIDC means we are surrounded by all sorts of other workshops and big factories. It’s a very active place with trucks and delivery vans moving in and out all day long. Our building is very practical. It’s built for doing work, not for showing off to visitors. We deal with various technical components and different systems. It gets really hot in Latur during the summer months, so the afternoons can be a bit slow, but we keep at it. Our staff is mostly made up of local people who know the area and the industry well. We don't have a bunch of people in suits running around telling everyone what to do. Most of us just wear regular clothes and get stuck into whatever needs fixing or assembling on the floor. The floors are made of hard concrete and the lights are bright. It’s a very honest environment to work in.
