Adam Shaikhdar

Adam Shaikhdar is located in Kusum Nagar, which is right over by S.P. College in Bhoom. If you are familiar with the Osmanabad district, you know Bhoom is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else. Being near the college means there is always some activity nearby, especially when classes are letting out and students are everywhere. Our place is easy to find if you just head toward the college area and ask for Kusum Nagar. It is a quiet enough spot most of the time. We have been here for a while and the locals know the name. It isn't some big corporate office with glass walls or shiny signs. It is just a practical space where we handle our business. The weather out here in Osmanabad can get pretty hot during the summer, so we usually try to get the heavy work done early in the morning before it gets too bad. We don't really have a marketing team or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people hear about us. We just focus on what’s in front of us. The building is solid and it serves us well for our needs. Sometimes students from the college walk past and it reminds us of how the town is growing. We like being in Bhoom. It’s home for us. We don't try to be anything we aren't. Adam Shaikhdar is just a local business doing its part in the community. We stay busy and we stay local. That’s the way it has always been for us.
