Even though our name says Pune, you will actually find Gensys Tech operating out of Latur these days. We’re set up at Mule Niwas, right in front of the Lifestyle building near Bandhakam Bhavan. It’s a pretty central spot in Latur, and most people around here know the landmark. We aren't a big corporation with a tall building. We’re just a local operation. The office is a bit crowded with equipment and papers, but we know where everything is. We started out with some ties to Pune, but this is where the work takes us now. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed most of the time. We don't wear suits or anything like that. It’s more about getting the technical stuff sorted out. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and talking to people who need help with their systems. The noise from the street comes in through the windows, but it keeps us connected to what's happening outside. We've got a small team and we've all been working together for a long time. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady and we’re good at it. If you're walking past Bandhakam Bhavan, you've probably seen our sign. We're just a bunch of tech-minded folks making a living in Latur. We don't need much more than that. We just do the work as it comes in and keep things moving for our customers.
