Gopagosiani Producer Company Limited

Gopagosiani Producer Company Limited is located in the village of Lesunpali, over in Karangamal. We are based at Sri Jagadish Mali’s residence in the Boden block of Nuapada district. Our community is small and everyone mostly knows each other. We set this producer company up because we needed a better way to organize our farming efforts. It isn't a high-tech office. We mostly have a few tables and chairs where we keep our documents and have our meetings. Jagadish is a key part of our group and helps keep the administrative side of things going. In this part of Odisha, we focus a lot on the land and what it can give us. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or marketing because that's not what we are about. We are about the people in Lesunpali and Karangamal. We work together on the crops and try to find the best way to get things to market. It's a lot of manual labor and sometimes the results aren't what we hoped for, but we don't give up easily. The 766118 area is where our lives are. We are just a group of producers trying to get by and look after our families. There’s no corporate fluff here, just real people doing real work in a quiet corner of the district. We stay busy with the seasons and hope for good rain. It’s a simple life and we are happy to be doing this together.
