In Lalitpur, over in Ward No 16 of Aazadpura Second, you will find us at Rajendr Kumar’s place. We are known as Bhairavgarh Farmer Producer Company Limited. It’s a bit of a long name for what is really just a group of us who grow crops around here. We decided to register as a company because it seemed like the only way to get a fair shake these days. Rajendr is the one who keeps track of the documents and where we need to sign. Lalitpur has its own way of doing things, and we fit right in with the local farming community. We don't spend much time in an office; we'd much rather be out seeing how the plants are coming along. It’s hard work, and there are days when it feels like everything is going wrong, like when the pests get into the crops or the water is low. But that is why we have this group. We share our tools and our knowledge about what works in this part of Aazadpura. We aren't some big city company with a lot of money. We are just people from the neighborhood. When we have our meetings, it's mostly just sitting in chairs outside, drinking tea and figuring out who needs what for the next planting season. It’s practical, honest work, and we are just trying to keep things moving forward for everyone involved in the group. Sometimes the progress is slow, but we are still here.
