Vvn Overseas

Working out of a basement in Badli can be a bit of a challenge, especially when it rains. We are at 28/23/2 in the Shiv Mandir Mohalla area of Village Badli. Being downstairs means we don't get much sunlight, so we rely on those flickering tube lights all day. It’s a bit of a maze getting down here with boxes, but we manage. The Shiv Mandir is just a stone's throw away, so we hear the bells and the prayers every morning and evening. It’s a nice sound to have in the background while we are sorting through paperwork or packing stuff. Village Badli is a busy place with lots of small units like ours tucked away in different corners. We’ve got shelves lining the walls, mostly filled with things waiting to be moved out. Sometimes the air gets a bit stuffy, so we keep a small fan running constantly. Our neighbors are mostly other small business owners who are also just trying to get through their daily tasks. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists. It isn't a glamorous job, and the basement entrance is easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. We just keep our heads down and handle the overseas side of things from this little corner of the village. It works for us, even if the stairs are a bit steep.
