Vav Events Expo

You can find us at the Baisoya Complex, right in Sector 15 at Office Number 5. We mostly deal with setting up expos and trade shows. It is a lot of physical labor, to be honest. We spend our mornings loading boards, carpets, and lighting fixtures into the trucks. Sector 15 is always humming with activity, so there is never a quiet moment around the office. We are not some big corporate firm with people in suits. We are usually in our work clothes, covered in a bit of dust from the warehouse. Most of our time is spent on-site, trying to figure out why a particular light won't turn on or helping someone fit their display into a tight corner. Things rarely go exactly as planned, but we have been doing this long enough to know how to fix things on the fly. Our office is small and usually cluttered with blueprints and leftover samples from old shows. We do not have a fancy receptionist or anything like that. If you call, you will probably talk to one of us who just stepped off a ladder. We just want to make sure the stalls are sturdy and the event goes off without any major disasters. It is tiring work, especially when we have to work through the night to get everything ready for an opening morning. We just keep our heads down and get the booths built.
