Fiery Grills

You can find us up on the third floor of D Mall in Netaji Subhash Place. We’ve been in this part of Wazirpur for a while now. Our unit is 306, and it’s a place where we focus on the grill. The kitchen gets pretty warm, especially when we have the fires going for the skewers and the meat. It’s a lot of physical work, prepping the marinades and getting the vegetables ready every morning before we open for the lunch rush. NSP is always busy with office workers and students, so there is usually a lot of noise coming from the mall hallways. We aren't a big corporate chain with a lot of fancy rules. We just like to cook and make sure people have a decent place to sit and eat. The tables are simple and we spend a lot of time wiping them down and keeping the floor clean. Sometimes the mall elevators are slow, which can be annoying when we are trying to get supplies up to the third floor. We have our regulars who come in every week from the buildings nearby. We just focus on the food and making sure the grill temperatures are where they need to be. It’s a straightforward business and we just take it one day at a time here in Wazirpur. We try to keep things simple for everyone.
