Genesis Zeal Multisolutions Pvt. Ltd. is located at 445 on the first floor, right along the Ring Road. If you know that area, you know how busy it stays from morning until late at night. The sound of the traffic is sort of like background music for us while we work. We have a fairly simple setup here. It’s a lot of desks, a lot of phones, and people trying to handle ten things at once. We call it multisolutions because that’s literally what we do—a bit of this and a bit of that, depending on what the day brings. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, so we all get our exercise just coming to work. Inside, it’s not particularly fancy. We’ve got some old filing cabinets and a water cooler that always seems to be running out. We spend our time talking to people, fixing problems, and trying to keep everything moving forward. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else’s business because it’s not that big. We don't have a big corporate handbook or anything like that. We just show up, see what needs to be handled, and get to it. Sometimes the air conditioner struggles when it gets really hot outside, but we just deal with it. It’s a busy, noisy, and productive spot on a very busy road, and that’s just how we like it.
