We are located out in Alipur, right near Jindpur Extension. If you know the area, we’re just off the main G T Road at Plot Number 1. It’s a bit of a trek for some people, but it’s a good spot for us because we have some space to breathe. The office handles a mix of news and entertainment stuff. Most days it’s a lot of people typing away or talking over each other while the news plays in the background. It gets pretty loud when there is a big story breaking or if we’re trying to edit something on a deadline. We’ve got some equipment set up, and it’s usually a bit of a maze of cables and desks in here. It’s not the most glamorous looking setup, but it serves the purpose. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just show up, do the reporting or the production work, and go home. The traffic on G T Road can be a nightmare sometimes, so we all try to time our commutes so we aren't stuck for hours. There are a few local tea stalls nearby where we usually go when we need a break from the screens. It’s a busy environment, and there is always something happening, even if it's just a small local update. We just keep our heads down and keep the wheels turning. Most of the time we’re just focused on making sure the latest files are ready for broadcast.
