Shanti Pattern Maker is tucked away in Gali No 0, right by Ganesh Nagar off the Link Road. It’s a busy spot and sometimes hard to find if you aren't looking closely for it. We’ve been here quite a while now, mostly just focusing on the patterns we need to get done for our regulars. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at, just a place where work happens every single day. Most mornings start early with a lot of measuring and drawing out lines. It gets a bit dusty inside with all the materials lying around, but that’s just how it goes when you’re making things from scratch. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. People usually just walk in from the street or call us up when they have a specific requirement. Ganesh Nagar is always crowded, so getting stuff delivered can be a bit of a hassle with the traffic on Link Road. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, though sometimes things take a bit longer than expected. It’s just a few of us here doing the actual labor. We don't really do much advertising or anything because the neighborhood already knows where we are. If you’re coming by, look for the small sign near the entrance of the lane. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we do. We just keep our heads down and finish the patterns as they come in.
