Shaleen Sharma

Shaleen Sharma is based out of Saraswati Vihar, right at C-459 in Pitampura. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than the main markets. The office is part of the building there. We’ve got a couple of rooms set up for work. It’s nothing like those glass buildings you see in the city center. It’s more of a personal space where we can actually sit down and concentrate. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through spreadsheets. The neighborhood is nice, and we’ve gotten used to the daily flow of the street. Sometimes we have meetings at the big table in the middle, but mostly it’s just quiet work. We don’t have a front desk or a receptionist. If the bell rings, one of us just goes and answers it. It’s a very informal setup. We like it that way because it keeps things simple and honest. We don’t have any fancy brochures. We just explain what we do when people ask. The space is a bit lived-in, with books and papers everywhere. It shows that we actually spend our time working here. Every day we just try to get through the pile of work and stay on top of things. It’s just a small local operation in a quiet corner of Pitampura. We like the pace here and how easy it is to focus on tasks.
