We are based in the Vardhman Plaza Towernetaji Subhash Place Pitampura. Our office is number 105 on the H-3 level. Being in a commercial plaza like this is quite different from being in a big open factory. Our daily work at Sedna Impex India Pvt Ltd is mostly about paperwork, long phone calls, and coordinating different logistics. We deal with imports and exports. It’s a lot of tracking where containers are and making sure the customs papers are all in order. Sometimes things get stuck at the port for no reason and we have to spend the whole day on the phone trying to clear it up. It’s not always exciting work, but it’s what we do. The office is usually full of files, shipping documents, and half-empty coffee cups. We have a small, dedicated team here in Delhi. We try to keep things organized, but it can get a bit chaotic when three different shipments arrive at the same time. We don't have a big corporate lobby with a fancy receptionist or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will help you out. We’ve been at this for a few years now. Pitampura is a good spot for us because it’s easy for the staff to get to on the metro. We just handle the trade side and move the goods as required without making things more complicated than they need to be for our partners.
