Sea Hawks Events Management

Our office is in the Aggarwal Milenium Tower 2, which is part of the Kapil Vihar area in Pitampura. Specifically, we are at number 971. Being in a tower like this is a bit different from a street-side shop because you spend a lot of time waiting for elevators. Sea Hawks Events Management is a name we chose because it sounded strong, but the day-to-day work is really just about coordination and logistics. We spend most of our time on our laptops or talking to people about venues and catering. Pitampura is a busy hub, and being in the Milenium Tower means we are surrounded by other businesses doing their own thing. It can feel a bit anonymous in a big building like this, but we try to keep a friendly vibe in our own small space. We don't have a big mission statement plastered on the wall. We just want to make sure the events we manage go off without any major disasters. It’s about being prepared for things to go wrong and knowing how to fix them quickly. The office has a good view, which is nice when things get stressful. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do our work properly and keep our clients happy. It’s a lot of emails and phone calls, but seeing everything come together at the end makes it worth the effort.
