Out in Rohini, Sector-1 can get pretty crowded, but we’ve found our little corner at B-584. Sandeep Srivastava set this place up in Avantika, and it’s been the base for everything we do ever since. Delhi summers are no joke, and our small air conditioner tries its best, but sometimes it just makes a lot of rattling noise instead of actually cooling the room. We have a small table in the back where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when the afternoon slump hits. The walls are covered in some old calendars and notes we scribbled down months ago. It’s a lived-in space, the kind where you don't have to worry about scratching the floor because it’s already got plenty of marks. We see the same people walking their dogs every morning past the window. Being in Delhi-110085 means there is always something going on outside, whether it’s a festival or just a local market day. We don't really have a big team or anything, just a few of us trying to keep things moving. The pile of mail on the desk usually stays there for a week before anyone looks at it. It isn't a fancy business park location, just a regular building in a regular neighborhood. We like it that way because it feels real. There’s no pressure to act like we are bigger than we are. We just show up and do what needs doing. Sometimes we just watch the traffic for a bit before getting back to the files.
