Kuoni Shared Services

We are tucked away in Flat No 42 at Lucky Home Apartments in Sector 13. It’s right in the heart of Rohini. Being in a residential building like this makes the workday feel a bit different than being in a standard office park. We are the Kuoni Shared Services team, and we mostly handle the behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps things running for the company. It’s a lot of data entry, checking vouchers, and making sure the numbers match up at the end of the day. Our desks are squeezed into the rooms of the flat, and there’s always a kettle going for tea or coffee. It gets a little noisy when everyone is on the phone at once. Sector 13 is a decent area, and we’ve got a few local spots we go to for lunch when we aren’t eating at our desks. We aren't the kind of place that has a big reception desk or waiting room. Usually, it's just us typing away and talking to other branches. We’ve been at this location for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the stairs and the neighbors who live in the other flats. It’s a practical setup for the kind of administrative work we do. There’s no polish here, just stacks of folders and people trying to get their work done before the Delhi traffic gets too bad in the evening. We keep it simple and just focus on our tasks.
