Down in Chawri Bazar at Chotta Chippiwara 998, you’ll find 247 Management Service. It’s a very old part of the city, and the lanes are so narrow you can barely fit a bike through some of them. Our office is in one of those old buildings that’s seen a lot of history. It’s small and usually quite cramped with all the paperwork we have to keep track of. We handle management tasks for various clients, which means we spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away at old keyboards. The noise from the market outside is constant—shouting, horns, and the sound of carts being pushed. We’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't have a fancy corporate culture or anything like that. We’re just a small team of people who know how to get things done in a busy environment. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life in this part of Delhi. We don't go in for big presentations or polished speeches. We just talk to people plainly and try to help them with their business needs. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s our job.
