We operate out of house number H 11 in the Market S P Colony, which is in Anand Vas, Pitampura. It’s a typical local market spot, so it’s usually quite noisy and full of people moving around. We spend our days finding things for other businesses. It might be specific materials, parts, or some supplies they just can't track down themselves. It’s a lot of paperwork and even more phone calls to different suppliers all over the place. We’ve been in this part of Pitampura for many years now. The office is small and mostly filled with thick catalogues and old notebooks. We don't have a fancy website or a dedicated sales team. It’s just us doing the daily legwork. Sourcing can be a bit frustrating when things are out of stock or the prices suddenly jump around, but we just keep looking until we find what's needed. People come to us because they don't have the time to hunt things down themselves in the markets. We know the local shops and the bigger distributors pretty well by now. It’s mostly about knowing exactly who to call to get a quick answer. We don't make big promises to anyone. We just tell people what we can realistically find and how much it’s going to cost them. It’s a very practical business. We show up every morning, check the lists, and start making calls. It’s what we do for our customers.
