You can find us right by Sai Baba Chowk in Sector-8. If you look for metro pillar 393, we are basically right across from it. Being so close to the Rohini East Metro Station means there is always a crowd of people walking past our front door. It’s a small space, and we have stacks of clothes piled up nearly to the ceiling. Most mornings are spent unpacking new boxes and trying to find a place for everything. We have some benches for people to sit, but usually, they are covered in fabric samples. It gets really busy on the weekends when everyone is out shopping. The noise from the metro trains overhead is something you just stop hearing after a while. My wife and I run the place, and we usually have a cup of chai around four when things quiet down for a minute. Sometimes the lights flicker when the heavy trains go by, but it doesn’t bother us much. We try to keep things organized, but it’s hard when you have so many different styles and sizes shoved into one shop. It’s a bit of a squeeze, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. Regulars come in just to chat sometimes, which is nice. It’s just a simple shop in Rohini where we spend our days folding and unfolding shirts.
