Rajdhani Metal Industries

You can find Rajdhani Metal Industries over at 335, Phase-1, Shahjada Bagh. It’s right in the Inderlok industrial area. The streets around here are always packed with cycles and carts moving goods. Our building at number 335 is an old one. It’s seen a lot of work over the years. Inside, there are several large machines that take up most of the floor space. We work with various metals, cutting and shaping them according to whatever the day's job is. The air usually smells like burnt oil and cooling fluid. It’s a bit dark inside because the windows are high up and covered in a bit of grime. We have lights on all day to see what we’re doing. The staff here has a rhythm. One person starts a process and the next person picks it up. Shahjada Bagh is a place where everyone is doing something similar, so you hear the same clanging from the neighbors. It can get quite hot inside during the summer months, and the fans don’t do much more than move the warm air around. We take our breaks in small groups. Sometimes we just stand by the door to get a bit of fresh air from the street. Inderlok is a busy hub, and being in Phase-1 puts us right in the thick of it. We just keep our heads down and get the metalwork done day after day.
