We are based over at B-30 on Lawrence Road, which is right in the middle of the industrial area. It’s a loud place with trucks constantly coming in and out, but that’s just how things are here. Rajdhani Flour Mills Ltd. has been processing grain at this location for a long time now. The machinery makes a lot of noise and there’s always a bit of dust in the air, but we don't mind it. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. We don't have a polished front office or a reception desk. Usually, if you visit, you’ll just see us in our work clothes moving bags around or checking the mill. We focus on the daily grind, literally. The staff here is like a small community. We’ve worked together for years and we know how the machines behave on a hot day. It’s not a corporate setting at all. It’s an industrial site where real work gets done. We don't do much in the way of promotion. Most of our customers have been buying from us for decades. The traffic on Lawrence Road can be a real headache in the evenings, but we just plan around it. We are just a local mill trying to do a good job with the grain we get. It’s hard work, but it feels right to be part of the food supply like this. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the flour out.
