Rahul Events

We are based at 243 in Bharat Nagar, which is part of Ashok Vihar Phase IV. It’s a neighborhood where people really care about their local events, and we’ve been helping out with those for quite a while. Our setup is pretty simple. We have an office where we take calls and keep our schedules, and then we have storage for the various bits and pieces we use for events. It could be anything from sound systems to basic lighting. We spend a lot of time out in the field, so the office isn't always fully staffed, but someone is usually around. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy presentations. We just talk to people about what they want for their gathering and then we go out and do it. Ashok Vihar is a nice place to work from, and we’ve built up a lot of trust with the residents here. Sometimes we are working on a small house party and other times it’s something a bit larger in a local hall. It doesn't really matter to us as long as the work is steady. We just take things one day at a time and try to be as helpful as we can. It’s a small, local business and we’re happy to keep it that way. The desk has some ring marks from coffee cups and the calendar is always full of scribbles, but it’s how we keep track of everything in this busy life.
