We operate out of C 34 Rajiv Nagar in the Begum Pur area of New Delhi. It's a bit of a trek to get out here, but it works for us. Ovn Trading Engg Pvt Ltd is mainly about moving parts and dealing with engineering bits. We have a lot of crates in the back. The office part is small and mostly just for billing and taking orders. It gets dusty because of the road outside. We aren't a huge multinational company. We are just a local private limited firm trying to keep things running. The guys in the back know their stuff. We don't have uniforms or a fancy reception desk. You just walk in and someone will help you. We handle a lot of different items, so the inventory is always a bit of a mess. New Delhi is a fast-paced city, but things feel a bit slower here in Rajiv Nagar. We’ve been at this address for quite some time now. We know the local vendors and they know us. We don't spend money on advertising. People usually find us through word of mouth. It’s honest work. We just show up every morning, drink some chai, and start going through the order list. Sometimes the trucks are late and we just have to wait around. We don't mind. It gives us time to catch up on things. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done.
