Rdh Engineering Works

Our place is at Plot No. 960 in Rithala Village, which is tucked away near the bus stand. It’s an interesting spot because you have the old village vibe mixed with all the engineering work we do. Being near the bus stand means there are always people around, and it’s easy for anyone to find us if they just ask the locals. We do a lot of fabrication and metal work here. The shop floor is covered in scraps of iron and steel, and there’s usually the sound of a grinder or a welding machine going in the background. It’s a family-run sort of deal, so things are a bit informal. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby; you just walk in and find whoever isn't busy. The office is just a small cabin in the corner with a wooden desk and a lot of old ledgers. We’ve been here for many years and have seen Rithala change from a quiet outskirts area to a busy part of the city. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait around or use the generator, which is always a bit temperamental. We handle orders for all kinds of parts, some small and some quite large. It’s a lot of measuring and cutting and making sure everything fits together. It is not a glamorous job, but there is a certain satisfaction in finishing a piece of work and seeing it ready to go out.
