National Council For Cement Building Materials

We've been operating out of this second-floor office in Lok Vihar for quite some time now. Pitampura is a busy part of New Delhi, and being here in B 236 makes it easy for folks to find us once they get into the neighborhood. Mostly, our days are filled with looking at cement and different building materials. It is a technical field, but we try to keep things straightforward when we talk to people. There are always stacks of reports and samples laying around the place. We do a lot of testing and research because that is just what the council does. It isn't a flashy setup, just a regular workplace with desks, chairs, and people who know their way around construction supplies. Sometimes the traffic in Delhi makes it hard to get here on time, but we are usually at our desks by mid-morning. We deal with various aspects of how buildings stay up and what materials work best in this climate. It’s quiet work mostly, focused on the details that often get overlooked by the general public. We see a lot of visitors coming through for consultations or just to drop off paperwork related to new projects. It's a steady pace here in the Lok Vihar area. We just stick to what we know about building stuff and try to stay helpful to the industry.
