Mr Impex & Sons

Up on the 9th floor of D Mall in Netaji Subhash Place, you’ll find Mr Impex & Sons. We’re in suite 905. It’s a busy mall, but once you get up to the offices, things settle down a bit. We’ve been handling imports and exports for quite some time now, and having the "Sons" in the name is real because it’s a family thing. We’ve got desks piled with manifests and shipping schedules. Pitampura is a good spot for us because everything is connected, though finding parking in the mall can be a headache some mornings. We aren't the type to wear suits every day unless there's a big meeting. Usually, it’s just us drinking coffee and checking on where shipments are located. We don’t do much advertising. Most of our work comes from long-time contacts and people we’ve known for years in the trade. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails, making sure things get from one place to another without too much trouble. The office is functional, with plenty of filing cabinets and a view of the surrounding area. We’ve grown over the years, but the way we talk to people hasn’t changed much. We just tell it like it is and try to keep the business running smooth. It’s a lot of coordination, but we’re used to the pace of D Mall by now and how things work here.
