K S Jandu And Sons is tucked away in Pocket C-97 of Sector-2 in the Bawana Industrial Area. Being out in Bawana means a long commute for some of us, but it’s where the work is. This is a family-run place, and you can tell by the way we talk to each other. It’s not always polite, but we get the point across and keep the business moving. We've had that name on the door for a long time and it means a lot to us. The industrial area can be a bit bleak sometimes, with all the grey buildings and the dust blowing around, but inside our unit, it’s a different story. We have our routines down perfectly. One person handles the arrivals, another checks the quality, and another handles the loading. It’s a lot of physical labor, and my back usually aches by the time I head home. We’ve been in this pocket of Bawana for years now, seeing businesses come and go, but we’ve managed to stick around. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or a list of values on the wall. We just know that if we don't do the work right, the phone won't ring tomorrow. The coffee here is terrible, and the chairs are old, but the work we do is solid. It’s just how we’ve always done things at Jandu and Sons, and we don't see any reason to change it now. We’re just here to get the job done and keep the business going for another year.
