We operate out of A3 Rashmi Apartment in Harsh Vihar, Pitam Pura. This is in the northern part of Delhi, postcode 110034. Our office is actually inside an apartment building, so it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We do HR work here, which involves a lot of sorting through papers and talking to people about their careers. It’s a small setup. We have one main room where we all sit together and a smaller area for files. Pitam Pura is a busy residential area, so there are always people moving around outside. We don't have a big sign on the building, just the apartment number. People usually call us before they come over so we can tell them which floor to go to. We use regular computers and spend a lot of our day on the internet looking for job matches. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow, so we just take the stairs to save time. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important work for the folks we help. We don't have any fancy mission statements or big promises. We just look at the resumes we get and try to find a spot for them. It’s just us, working away in our apartment office, trying to keep up with all the emails we get every day. The tea lady comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when we take our only real breaks.
