You can find us over at 48 Anand Vihar in the Pitampura area of Delhi. It’s a pretty standard Delhi neighborhood, busy and full of life. We work out of this office handling human resources and staffing things. It’s mostly about connecting people with the right roles, which involves a lot of talking and sorting through folders. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets that are probably too full. Pitampura is a good place to be because it's easy for people to reach us. We see a lot of different faces every day. Some people are looking for their first job and others are trying to change careers. We listen to their stories and try to help where we can. It’s a lot of paperwork and administrative tasks that keep us in our chairs until late afternoon. Sometimes we order lunch from the shops nearby and eat while we work. The air conditioner hums in the background, trying its best against the Delhi heat. We don't have a big HR handbook that we follow to the letter; we just try to be sensible about how we handle things. It’s a small group of us here, and we’ve gotten to know each other’s habits pretty well over the years. We just keep things moving along as best as we can without making things too complicated for anyone.
