Mega Hr, A Manpower Consultancy

Our office is tucked away in Ghalib Apartment, right on Parwana Road. If you know Pitampura, you know how busy it gets around here. We’re in Flat 53. It’s a decent space, though it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of people coming in for interviews. Being a manpower consultancy means there is always someone new walking through the door. We see all kinds of people looking for work. Some are nervous, some are just tired of searching. We sit at these old wooden desks and try to match folks with whatever jobs are out there. The fan in the main room makes this clicking sound that we’ve all just learned to ignore. Parwana Road is always noisy with cars honking, but inside it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and people talking on the phone. We’ve been Mega Hr for a while now. It’s not a big corporate setup. It’s just us. We share snacks in the afternoon and complain about the Delhi traffic like everyone else. The apartment vibe makes it feel less like a cold office and more like a place where you can actually sit and talk. We don’t have fancy coffee machines, just a kettle and some tea bags. It’s simple, it’s a bit messy with resumes and folders, but it works for what we do every day. It's just part of life in Delhi.
