Laap Construction Private Limited is tucked away in Yadav Enclave, which is part of Prem Nagar-III in the North West part of Delhi. Our specific spot is Plot No-10-B on Khasra No-198, inside Gali No. 5. It is a very local area, and the streets can be quite a squeeze if you are driving a bigger car. We operate out of House No C73. It is a very down-to-earth place to work. There is always someone coming in with a question or a piece of paper that needs a signature. We deal with construction in a very hands-on way. Most of the time, our boots are actually muddy because we spend so much time on the actual plots. The office is really just a base where we can sit down, escape the sun for a bit, and get the scheduling done. It gets pretty loud in the neighborhood with all the local life going on, but we like it that way. It keeps us connected to the people we are building for. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything; news of our work just travels by word of mouth in the enclave and beyond. We just try to get the foundations right and keep the walls straight. It’s hard work, but seeing a house actually go up from a flat piece of dirt is why we do it. The paperwork is a headache, but the building part makes up for it in the end.
