Icon Tour & Travel Services

Our small office is tucked away in Maurya Enclave, over in Pitam Pura. Most of the people who come to see us at Icon Tour & Travel Services are from right here in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or looking at computer screens, trying to find decent hotel prices or figuring out train schedules. It gets pretty hectic during the wedding season when families want to travel together. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the travel industry since we started, but the basic stuff stays the same. People just want to get where they’re going without too much trouble. We deal with the usual things like passport help and booking group tours. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to ask customers to wait a bit, but that’s just how it goes. We aren't a big chain or anything. It’s just a local spot where you can sit down and talk about your travel plans instead of trying to figure it out on a website yourself. We keep the place simple. There’s usually some tea going if it’s a quiet afternoon. Being at Tp-147 means we’re easy to find for anyone living nearby. It’s mostly just hard work and keeping track of all the little details that go into a trip. We don't have any flashy brochures, but we know which hotels are actually okay to stay in.
