We are located at B-1/130 B in Keshav Puram, which is a pretty active part of Delhi. The building is easy enough to find if you are looking for the right block. This isn't one of those massive bank branches with marble floors and quiet halls. It’s a business banking unit, so it’s much more about the paperwork and the back-and-forth of daily transactions. Icici Bank Business Banking here feels a bit more like a local hub. We have people coming in with files and questions all day long. The office is usually a bit of a mess with ledgers and documents, but we know where everything is. The fans hum all day, and the staff is usually juggling two things at once. We don't put on a show for anyone. It is just about getting the entries right and making sure the local businesses get their stuff sorted. Keshav Puram has a mix of residential and commercial vibes, so we see all sorts of people. Some of us have been at this branch for a long time, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a practical workspace. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the mountain of work that comes in every morning.
