Deluxe Electric Works

Wazirpur Industrial Area is a loud place to be, and Deluxe Electric Works is right in the middle of it at A-112. There is always the sound of machinery or trucks loading up nearby. We deal with all sorts of electrical jobs here. Sometimes it’s a motor that burned out or someone needs a specific type of wiring for their factory floor. The shop floor is usually covered in bits of copper wire and tools that someone forgot to put back in the drawer. It gets really hot in the summer, especially with the machines running, so we keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze comes through the alley. We aren't a big operation, just a handful of people who know how to handle high voltage stuff without getting hurt. We spend a lot of time testing circuits and making sure things don't spark when they shouldn't. People drop off heavy equipment and we have to move it around with the trolley. It is hard work on the back, but it is what we have been doing for years. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that is usually the highlight of the afternoon. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything, just a workspace that gets the job done. Wazirpur is dusty and busy, but it is where the work is, so we stay put and keep the lights on for our customers.
