Ghani Traders

Our shop, Ghani Traders, sits right across from Mangeram Kothi in Tri Nagar. It’s a landmark that most people know, so it makes it easier to tell people where we are. The area is always buzzing with activity, and our shop is usually full of various materials we trade. We deal with a lot of different suppliers, so there is always a truck or a rickshaw unloading something near the front door. It can get a bit chaotic, especially in the evenings when everyone is trying to finish their errands. Inside, it’s mostly shelves and stacks of goods. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, just a calendar on the wall and a small temple in the corner. I’ve been working here for quite some time, and I’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot, but the trade stays more or less the same. You buy, you sell, and you hope the margins are enough to cover the rent and the bills. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it’s too humid and everything feels sticky, but you just keep going. We have some regular helpers who have been with us for years, and they know the stock as well as I do. We aren't trying to be the biggest in Delhi, just a reliable place where people can find their trading needs met without a lot of hassle.
