Firstcall (I)

We've been here in Pitampura for quite a while now. The office is at Lp20F, right near Hotel City Park. It's a busy spot, especially in the evenings when the traffic around the hotel starts to build up. We handle calls and various bits of admin work here. It’s not a big corporate setup with glass walls or anything. It’s just a regular office where we show up, do our work, and go home. We have a few desks and some old chairs that have seen better days. The tea man comes around twice a day and that’s usually the highlight of our afternoon. Delhi summers are really something else, and our AC unit makes a lot of noise, but it keeps us from melting. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we don't have to deal with long commutes on the metro. We’ve seen other shops and businesses come and go in this block, but we’ve managed to stay put. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a glossy brochure to show people. We just try to get through the day and do a decent job. If you're looking for us, we're just down the road from the main park entrance. It’s a simple place for simple work. We don't overcomplicate things. We just do what needs doing and try to keep things running smoothly without making a big fuss about it. Firstcall (I) is what the sign says on our door.
