Fairtech Engineering Services is based over in Sector 8 of Rohini, specifically at 637 C 8. It is a regular neighborhood spot in New Delhi, and we have been operating from here for some time. Engineering is the kind of work that requires a lot of focus and looking at technical drawings all day. Our space isn't like those big glass buildings you see downtown. It is more of a functional setup where we can actually get things designed and fixed. We deal with various engineering tasks throughout the week. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, which can be a bit of a pain for the computers, but we just wait it out and get back to it. The team here knows their way around the equipment and the local area well. Being in Rohini makes it easy for us to reach different parts of the city when we have to go out on a job. Most of the guys here have been doing this for a long time. We do not really do much advertising or anything like that. Most people just know us from the neighborhood or through word of mouth. It is just a straightforward engineering shop where we try to solve problems as they come up. We keep the desks a bit cluttered with tools and notes because that is just how we work best. It is a decent place to spend the day.
