Deyaan Industries

Deyaan Industries is located at E-897 in the DSIIDC industrial area of Narela. This part of Narela is full of factories and small sheds, and we are just one of the many units working away. The roads around here can be a bit rough, and when it rains, it gets quite muddy, but that is just part of being in an industrial zone. Our unit isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s a functional space with high ceilings and some heavy machinery that makes a fair bit of noise throughout the day. We get to work early before the heat really sets in, as the metal roof can get quite warm by the afternoon. Most of our time is spent on the shop floor making sure the machines are running right and the output is what it should be. We don't have any fancy office furniture; just a few desks tucked in a corner where we handle the bills. Being in DSIIDC means we are surrounded by other people doing similar hard work, so there is a sense of community among the workers here. We usually grab lunch from the local carts that come around at noon. It’s a busy, gritty environment, but we like the pace of it. We just focus on our specific tasks and try to get through the day's production without any major breakdowns.
