Charu Arora

At Hans Plaza, you can find Charu Arora right at Shop No 105. This is on Ambedkar Road, which is usually quite busy with people and cars. We’ve been operating out of this shop for some time. It’s a small space, but it’s enough for what we do every day. We don't really use a lot of fancy words to describe ourselves. We just show up, open the shop, and get to work. Most of the people who come in are locals or people passing through Ambedkar Road. Hans Plaza has a lot of different shops, so we are part of a little community here. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the road is blocked for repairs, but we just keep going. We don’t have a big staff. It’s just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. We keep our supplies in the back and try to stay organized, even if it gets a bit messy when we are busy. It’s an honest way to make a living. We aren’t looking to be the biggest place around, just a reliable one. If you are near Hans Plaza, you’ll see our sign. We keep things pretty simple and don’t make a big fuss about anything. It’s just work, day in and day out, at Shop 105.
