Bms Placements operates out of a couple of spots in Delhi. One is over at Jai Mata Market in Tri Nagar, and the other is near Lawrence Road in Keshav Puram. Both locations are pretty busy, especially the market one. We’ve been helping people find work for a long time now. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between companies and job seekers. Our offices aren't the kind you see in movies with glass partitions. They’re practical spaces where we keep track of who is hiring and who needs a job. Some days it feels like we’re just a clearinghouse for resumes, but we try to look at each one carefully. We know how hard it is to find a good job these days, so we don't mess people around. If we have something, we tell them. If we don't, we’re honest about that too. The team here is small, and we’ve all been doing this long enough to know the local market well. We aren't a huge agency with hundreds of staff. It’s just a few of us trying to make the right connections. We spend a lot of time on the phone and even more time sorting through emails. It’s tiring work, but it feels good when someone actually gets the job they wanted. We don't need fancy mission statements. We just show up every day at Tri Nagar or Keshav Puram and get to work without making any big fuss about it.
