We are over here at Ashok Vihar Phase-1, right at D-75. It is a decent spot in Delhi, though traffic can be a real headache some mornings when everyone is trying to get to work at the same time. Mostly, our days are spent looking at piles of CVs and talking to people on the phone. We handle the HR side of things for different businesses. It isn’t always glamorous work, just a lot of coordinating and checking details. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s always something that needs sorting out. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. The office is just a regular setup where we get through our tasks. People come in for interviews or just to drop off paperwork. It feels like a standard neighborhood office. We aren't doing anything fancy, just trying to match the right person with whatever job is open at the time. Sometimes it works out fast, and other times it takes forever to find someone who actually wants to show up. That’s just how the recruitment business goes in a city like this. We keep the kettle going for tea and try to stay on top of the emails. It is just us here, working through the list of things to do every day. If you are around Ashok Vihar, you’ve probably seen the building. Nothing special, just where we do our business.
