Astral Event

We’ve been at 290 Rajdhani Enclave for quite some time now. If you know the area, you know we’re right opposite Aggarwal Sweet. It’s a busy spot, and the smell of samosas usually drifts into our office around noon. Astral Event isn't a huge corporation with fancy glass walls. It’s just us, a small team, surrounded by folders, rolls of fabric, and half-empty coffee cups. Most mornings start with a lot of phone calls to vendors and checking if the trucks are on time. We spend a lot of our day figuring out where to put extra chairs or how to fix a backdrop that doesn't want to stay up. It gets a bit chaotic, especially during the wedding season, but that’s just how things go here. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find one of us hunched over a laptop or talking loudly on a mobile. The office at Rajdhani Enclave is where we keep all the mess of planning. There are samples of invitation cards scattered on the table and some old lighting equipment tucked in the corner. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure things happen the way they're supposed to. People around here know us as the guys who are always moving stuff in and out of the van. It's a lot of manual labor and last-minute changes, but we’re used to it by now.
