Our place is on the second floor, Flat No. 10, over at WZ-349/6 in Sri Nagar, Shakur Basti. Gali No. 4 is the street you need to look for to find the entrance to the building. Being so close to the Shakur Basti Station means there is always a lot of noise from the trains and people moving around outside at all hours. It is a busy, lived-in neighborhood with a lot of energy. The office itself is just an apartment we converted so we could have a place to work. It has a few rooms filled with desks, chairs, and some boxes of files. We are not very far from the station at all, so it is easy for us to get around the city when we need to. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, so we have to be careful whenever we are carrying heavy things up. We spend most of our time here coordinating different tasks and making sure everything is moving on the right schedule. It is not the kind of place with a big glowing sign or a fancy lobby for guests. We just have our names on the door. The kitchen serves as our break room, and there is almost always a kettle going for tea or coffee. It gets quite warm in the summer, but we have fans going in every room to keep things moving. It is a humble setup.
