Acc Ltd.

Our place is at 739-A in Rani Bagh, New Delhi. If you know Rani Bagh, you know how the streets are—narrow and always full of people. Acc Ltd. is tucked in there among all the shops and houses. Finding a place to park is almost impossible, so most of us just take the rickshaw. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some old wooden desks and a few chairs that have been around since we started. It’s not a place where you’ll find fancy gadgets or glass walls. We just have our computers and a lot of ledgers. The noise from the street comes right in, but we don't even notice it anymore. We spend our days talking to customers and sorting out the stock. It’s not a complicated business. We don't have a PR team or anyone writing fancy slogans for us. We just tell it like it is. Some days are long and tiring, especially when it’s hot outside, but we just keep at it. We have a small stove in the back to make tea, and that’s pretty much the highlight of the afternoon. We’ve been here for a long time and we’re part of the neighborhood now. People know us as the Acc people on the main road. We just do our work and go home.
