Shri Shantadurga Condiments

We are located at No- 976/34 on 13th Main in Srinagar. It is very easy to find us because we are right near the Srinagar Bus Stand. Being so close to the bus stand means there is always a lot of movement around our shop. Shri Shantadurga Condiments is a place where we make and sell various small food items. It is a bit of a cramped space because we have to fit the cooking area and the storage all in one unit. There is usually a smell of spices in the air around our door. We do not have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the recipes. We have been at this 13th Main location for a while now. The building is nothing special to look at, but it is where we do all our work. We get a lot of people who are just passing through after getting off a bus, along with our regular customers who live in Srinagar. We do not use any fancy machines; a lot of what we do is still done by hand. It takes longer that way, but we are used to the pace. We do not have a website or anything like that. If people want to see what we have, they just walk in. It is a straightforward way of doing things and it suits us just fine. We just try to keep the containers full.
