You can find us in Porvorim, right across from the Soccorrow Panchayat. We are located in the Prabhu Residency, specifically at Flat A1-S2. Being in Goa, most people think we are just at the beach all day, but running hotels and resorts takes a lot of time and effort. We are always looking at rooms, checking on maintenance, and making sure everything is ready for guests. It’s not all sunshine and holidays when you’re on the management side of things. We deal with everything from leaky pipes to making sure the staff shows up on time. Our office is a quiet little spot where we keep our records and take phone calls. Porvorim is a good location because it’s central, away from the loud noise of the main tourist strips but close enough to get everywhere quickly. We don't use much corporate talk here. We just want the places we look after to be clean and comfortable. Some days are stressful when the bookings come in all at once, and other days are quiet when it’s the monsoon season. We’ve been doing this for a while now, so we know the local scene pretty well. It’s a practical business, really. We just try to keep things running smooth so the guests don’t have to worry about anything during their stay here. We put in the hours and keep the buildings in good shape for everyone. It’s the only way to stay in business in Goa.
