Little Lambs Primary School

We are located at Plot No O in Taleigao, Goa. It is a nice, quiet spot away from the busier, more touristy parts of the state. Our school is a primary school that serves the families living in and around the Taleigao area. The building is modest and fits right into the neighborhood. We have a small yard where the children spend their breaks playing and eating their snacks. Inside, the classrooms are simple with wooden desks and blackboards. We have a lot of the children's artwork and projects pinned up on the walls, which makes the place feel a bit more lively. The weather in Goa can get quite humid and hot, so we usually keep all the windows and doors open to let the air circulate as much as possible. Most of the kids either walk to school or come on scooters with their parents. It is a very tight-knit community here, so we know most of the families personally. We don't try to be anything fancy; we just focus on providing a steady and reliable place for the kids to get their early education. Each day follows a pretty set routine of lessons, play, and stories. We have been here for some time now and it just feels like a natural part of the local neighborhood life for everyone involved. There is always something small to fix or a lesson to plan, but that is just how it goes.
